Louis earned his law degree from Northern Illinois University and is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois. Louis is also admitted to practice before the Northern District of the U.S. Federal Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Further, Louis is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. Louis is also a member of Wealth Counsel which is a collaborative group of approximately 3,800 attorneys nationwide in the areas of Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation and Asset Protection Planning, Retirement Planning, and Special Needs Planning.

Louis primarily concentrates his areas of practice on Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation and Asset Protection Planning, Business Succession Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Retirement Planning, Elder Law, Special Needs Trusts and Disability Planning, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Acquisitions, and Federal Taxation.
